So my friend  xehta13 got me into the spiderverse to draw up one of my very own for funzies, going with the titled Spider-Wolf (for the sake of rolling with the theme of it) base on a Wolf Spider, of course in case anyone is wondering she’s not an actual wolf, the tail is just a cute accessory she added to her costume :D https://imgur.com/RUrHpvf this adorable lil creature <3

As for this one's origin story, Let's say she is a foreign exchange student from Brazil who took up freshmen college courses in advanced biology by that universe's version of Dr. Curt Connors, and what say on the side at their oz corp they had genetically modified wolf spiders https://i.ytimg.com/vi/R6_XPXC5RUo/hqdefault.jpg "big ones". and we'll say that they took a class trip to this oz corp one day to view the latest batch they had, someone dropped their books freaking out and Florencia had set her bag down close to the wall where one of them crawled into her open bag while she helped calm her down and pick up her books and then picked it back up when she was done
later at home, while looking for an eraser reaching in her bag she felt a sharp pain in her hand because that spider bit her, as soon as she felt it she jerked her hand out pulling it out with it and it was pretty big, moments later smashed it with one of her books.
and we all know how that song and dance went, felt tired and nauseous and decided to go to sleep early, then woke up the next morning a little more toned and taller than before. after discovering what she could do through accidents and trial and error over the course of a couple weeks, she began to get the hang of things
she kept it all to herself of course because she was worried about what everyone would think of her a foreigner with weird powers
until one day, we'll call it a moment of responsibility, a desperate man would come into a store she was shopping in to hold the cashier at gunpoint and demand he give up what was in it, that day she happened to have a wolf mask with her from a little part she went to beforehand and hid behind one of the isles to put it on
Then she came out to confront the guy calling him out, he turned and fired at her but she had sensed it coming and dodged the shots, everybody including her was stunned at what happened
so he tried to pull off another shot but she had already gotten in close to grab his hand and direct it away from her and the store clerk, then in one swift motion high kicked him so hard that he went through the ceiling and half his body was just dangling from up there, he was knocked out from the shock. Thinking she messed up bad she booked it from out of the store playing back what just happened.
