Yeah it's a bit of a weird one for a thread like this because it's a lot more 'wild west' in that there's more fictional characters, age stuff, celebrities etc.
The most appropriate tags I can think of would be ones like:

Maledom/femsub (or related. both combo or individually)
Cheating
Dub/dubious consent (or related)
Reluctance
Instant Loss is technically the absolute best tag for that actual dynamic of the reluctant to willing switch but the reason can vary and by nature the stories are often short (see that first one I posted) so may not be to everyone's taste

The real issue with the tags is that there is little convention. Everyone is just doing their own thing, deciding whether or not to tag or using very similar but not the same tags meaning not enough consistency. Also unlike Literotica it doesn't suggest similar stories so you have to search with more intention
