Claims to have some notability but I'm not sure it is. It seems to be advertising the new certification rather then educating. - Delete This "certification" is brand new and hundreds like it are created and die each year. Once it has a track record and gains notability it might qualify, although that's a bit like saying every continuing education seminar also qualifies for a Wikipedia entry.
